At Moonbeams and Mayhem, we want you to feel magical in your new attire, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our team can identify your return quickly.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
